The experience at Sensa Hotel Bandung was very good, and I will definitely come back. the hotel has a beautiful design and modern amenities. the staff were helpful and friendly. They offered an extensive breakfast with delicious lattes and especially great coffee.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel facilities are modern and excellent. Room cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast buffet spread was rather good. Vicinity of hotel is good - it is linked to a big and modern mall where you can find many fastfood outlets(J-Co, Starbuck, KFC, Pizza Hut), departmental store, restaurants, foodcourt etc., a few metres down the road you can find shops selling clothings, souveniers and restaurants, etc. This hotel is really good for travellers with young children.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

My room was cleaned even when I didn't put up the request to have my room made up. This was a pleasant surprise.

This is undoubtedly the worst designed hotel I've ever been to. I understand the zen concept of the hotel, but unfortunately it makes the hotel looks more like an office space or a sterilized laboratory. I honestly feel like I checked into a hospital! The stark whiteness of the hotel's interior simply denies everyone the sense of comfort and relaxation after a long hot day in the crazy bustling Bandung city.

I had a fantastic stay at Sensa Hotel! The design and architecture are absolutely stunning. The room had a great view of the mountains, and it was kept very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food, both local and international. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, tasty food, and excellent service.

It's very convenient location wise, good entertainment, eateries and shoppings. Recommended for family with young kids.

Hotel room is spacious. Loads of TV channels to choose from. Bed, comforter and pillows are very comfy. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help guests. Location wise is strategic and convenient although you might need to take a cab down to Jln Dago/Jln Riau. Hotel has access to the Ciwalk mall entrance. Buffet spread during breakfast is excellent. I'm very happy with Sensa Hotel and will recommend Sensa Hotel to others who plans to stay in Bandung.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located on the 3rd level beside the restaurant, it is slightly off the main street but still conveniently inside a mall. The service from the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms on the upper floors offer a good view to the mountains. I especially enjoyed the rooms with a bathtub and balcony on the upper floors, and the breakfast with a delicious latte.

All was perfect, nothing that needs improvement.
